Freshness Guarantee & Storage

Amy's cookies are made from scratch and shipped the same day they are baked - so your cookies are guaranteed to be fresh when you receive them*.

Storage

If you are not planning to enjoy them right away, they can be stored in the freezer for up to one month. When ready to serve, simply take them out of the freezer and leave them at room temperature for one hour. To warm, take them out of the bag and place them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Or to restore crispness, warm in the oven at 350 degrees for five minutes. Enjoy!

Shipping and Delivery

In order to guarantee the freshness of the cookies, our standard shipping method is UPS ground - next day delivery only.

We are currently limiting our shipping area to the states of Ohio and Michigan (lower peninsula only) and the city of Chicago. If you have any questions regarding shipping to areas outside of those indicated, please contact us using the contact tab above.

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are baked and shipped Monday AM.

A $9.95 Shipping Charge will be added to each order.
